As a new type of flooring, spc flooring with its excellent stability and durability,and widely used in the field of home and industrial decoration.The following is to introduce the production process of SPC:
1、Mixing material
According to the ratio of raw materials, it will be put into the mixer hot mix, so that all kinds of materials mixed evenly, excluding the moisture in the material. After mixing evenly, cool down the material to prevent caking and discoloration.
2、Extrusion
The material mixed evenly by cooling, heating extrusion, into the machine extrusion molding, the substrate for fixed thickness, paste color film, paste wear layer, cooling, cutting processing.
3、UV tempering
Tempering treatment by using surface UV technology, tempering hot water temperature is 80-120℃, cold water temperature is 10℃.
4、Slitting and slotting
Cutting the floor to the customer’s desired shape.
5、Installation of silent mat; packaging
Finally,install the silent mat. After passing the inspection, we pack and send it all over the world.
